Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tendering professional to oversee and manage the tendering process
FOR EVENT BACKGROUND
from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting compelling, compliant, and competitive bids that align with client requirements and organizational objectives.

This role is crucial in driving business growth by maximizing win rates and ensuring seamless tender execution.

Key Responsibilities :

* Proactively identify, track, and evaluate tender opportunities.

* Develop tendering strategies to maximize success and profitability.

* Prepare, write, and refine high-quality bid proposals and tender responses.

* Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, finance, and operations teams.

* Manage and maintain tender documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

* Monitor and analyze tender outcomes, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

* Proven experience in tendering, bid management, or proposal development.

* Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
