Roles and Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value proposition to clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity targets while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in chat support or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in the employment industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- English & Hindi
South Indian Languages (Any One & Two):
- Kannada (1 resource)
- Malayalam (1 resource)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the respective language, Language Malayalam, Hindi, English, Kannada, (written and verbal).
- Experience in customer support or backend operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, WhatsApp business tools, and email handling.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
