Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value proposition to clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity targets while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in chat support or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in the employment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • English & Hindi

South Indian Languages (Any One & Two):

  • Kannada (1 resource)
  • Malayalam (1 resource)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the respective language, Language Malayalam, Hindi, English, Kannada, (written and verbal).
  • Experience in customer support or backend operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, WhatsApp business tools, and email handling.
