Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with Test 2 Build's services.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure project requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's services.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and service improvements.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
