About Us
At White Mastery Systems, we are passionate about building solutions that help businesses grow and transform digitally. Along with IT services such as App & Website Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing, we are also the creators of Tring AI – an AI-powered voice bot and chatbot platform.
Tring AI is designed to help both B2B and B2C clients automate conversations, improve customer support, and scale interactions effortlessly.
We are now looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) who can take the lead in introducing Tring AI to new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential B2B and B2C clients.
- Present and demonstrate the capabilities of Tring AI through engaging pitches and product demos.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on AI trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while representing Tring AI with professionalism.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
- Knowledge of MS PowerPoint / Google Slides for pitches.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and eager to learn about AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
- Any graduate – Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
