Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities across all departments.
  • Manage and monitor fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing processes for machines and systems.
  • Ensure project timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate between design, procurement, and R&D teams for seamless project execution.
  • Implement and maintain production schedules, work orders, and material flow.
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and report production status to management.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality procedures, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Train and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Support prototype builds, pilot runs, and custom project installations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in production or manufacturing management, preferably in scientific equipment or precision engineering industries.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical fabrication, electrical integration, and automation workflows.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and workshop operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
