BDM (Business Development Manager)

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Visits: Visit nearby clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers to promote Thakral Hospital's IVF and surgical services.
- Patient Outreach: Engage with potential patients and guide them to visit the hospital for consultations or treatment.
- Market Development: Identify new areas and referral opportunities to increase IVF and maternity patient inflow.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors and healthcare partners for consistent referrals.
- Promotional Activities: Organize and execute on-ground marketing drives, camps, and awareness events.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with referring doctors and track referral conversions.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and progress, and submit weekly reports to the management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing or field sales (experience in fertility/IVF will be preferred).
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gurgaon and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining visit records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
