Job Title: Senior Event Manager

Location: Dadar East, Mumbai

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead and manage end-to-end event operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management, preferably within the exhibition or event industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept to completion.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and on-site coordination.
  • Handle vendor negotiations, contracts, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Prepare cost estimates, event budgets, and ensure cost-effective resource management.
  • Oversee exhibition booth designs, fabrication, and setup within specified budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing materials, event promotions, and client communications.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide reports on event success and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners in the exhibition and events domain.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in event management, with a focus on exhibitions or large-scale corporate events.
  • Proven experience in logistics planning, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of the exhibition industry and booth setup processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.
