Thirsty Crow Marketing Services (TTC) offers end-to-end marketing services, including: Events & Experiential Marketing, Digital & Performance Marketing, Content Strategy & Creation, Lead Generation & Database Management, and audience acquisition Services
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and client meetings.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Liaising with and negotiating with hotels, vendors, & suppliers.
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including event reports, attendee lists, and financial records.
- Suggesting new ideas & support in application event planning, strategy, and development, considering trends to achieve targeted revenue.
- Focus on generating targeted revenue through the events.
- Coordinate with other teams for better execution of events on the platform.
- Ready to travel at short notice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 4-5 years in event planning, operations, or management, preferably in a B2B marketing/event agency.
- Should have a good connection with various event fabricators and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹650, ₹750,000.00 per year
