Job Opening: Event Manager
Location: Dadar East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to lead and manage events, exhibitions, and activations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, execution, and coordination of events, with strong knowledge of logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Manage logistics, stall designing, and event setup.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Track expenses, negotiate contracts, and manage costing efficiently.
- Coordinate teams during events and ensure timely delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of event planning, stall design, logistics, and budgeting.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the exhibition and event industry.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
