About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment processes and a strong interest in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, evaluating profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview schedules.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in employer branding and hiring initiatives.
  • Assist in offer rollouts and documentation processes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master's Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and MS Office.
  • Passion for learning and growing within the HR domain.
