Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Recruitment Interns to join our Hyderabad office starting 10th December 2025. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations within a global technology consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing requirements.
  • Manage and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communication with candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives (campus/virtual).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and build a career in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Salary

  1. First 3 months of internship no compensation
  2. 4-6 months of internship INR 10K as compensation per month
  3. Successful completion of 6 months of internship a permanent position may be offered. Compensation as per the market standards for the specific roles.
