Job Description:

The Sales Manager – Project Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants in the Pune region. The role involves business development, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the construction project segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project and institutional sales segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.
  • Promote Ascolite products through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams for product specifications and approvals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and project tracking updates.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong network in the construction and real estate industry.
  • Good knowledge of construction chemicals / building materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering / B.Sc. / MBA (Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Project Sales within Construction Chemicals, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries.
