Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cuttack for a National Sales Manager. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business plans, managing accounts, and leading sales initiatives. The role includes team management, budgeting, and ensuring the overall sales strategy aligns with company goals. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to drive sales growth and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Planning and Budgeting
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Sales
  • Experience in Team Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience in the generic & OTC pharmaceutical industry is an advantage with handling at least 2 zones
