Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Cuttack / Rourkela/ Bhubaneswar. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales activities, and promoting Nagman's calibration products and services. Other duties include supporting technical inquiries, developing customer relationships, overseeing the sales management process, and providing technical guidance on electronic and electrical engineering solutions. Regular client visits and the ability to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders are integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to deliver technical solutions based on customer requirements
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
  • Background in Electrical Engineering to support technically sound product demonstrations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Experience in the calibration and instrumentation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field preferred
