Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Gurgaon. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, sourcing talent, and facilitating hiring strategies. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying and attracting top talent, managing employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with hiring managers for IT and non-IT recruitment. The role also involves ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in paramedical Hiring(Phlebotomist & Lab technician), and general Recruiting processes
  • Strong Communication skills for managing candidate interactions and stakeholder coordination
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to attract and retain talent
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment assignments effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
