Job Description: As a Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager at The Bay Club, your role is crucial in driving membership sales opportunities and fostering strong relationships with new and existing members. Your focus will be on acquiring new members with the right profile mix, while also nurturing relationships to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Sales Activities: - Promote and present The Bay Club brand effectively. - Prepare sales forecasts and reports for strategic planning and budgeting. - Develop sales activity plans to achieve revenue targets. - Assist in selling promotions and business deals with members. - Handle business proposals and member correspondence. - Conduct client show-arounds and presentations. - Analyze performance, competitor strategies, and customer feedback. - Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Operations. - Provide efficient solutions to members and escalate issues when necessary. - Build Long-term Relationships: - Enhance client relationships and gather feedback. - Drive loyalty programs and seamless member experiences. - Participate in sales exhibitions to expand the client network. Qualifications: - Essential: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related discipline. - Desired: PG in Sales & Marketing. Experience: - Minimum 8 to 10 years in Hospitality or Events industry. - Minimum 3 to 4 years in a managerial position. - Prior Sales experience in Luxury Hotels or Clubs is advantageous. - Pre-opening experience is a plus.
