Who are we looking for?

Education:

• Qualified CA

Experience:

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in Real estate industry would be preferred. Can also look at other Industries.
• Experience with SAP/ Oracle.
• Should be working with big conglomerate listed companies.
• Currently working as a Financial Controller role will be add on.
• Experience with listed entities.
• Have experience of Review / Preparation of IND-AS Financial Statements (Standalone Consolidated) of large Conglomerate. Partial review role will be ok.
• Experience of working upon MIS will be add on.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly/Annual IndAS and IGAAP Financial Reporting

• Consolidate project level accounts/MIS to generate Consolidated MIS statements.
• To perform Trial Balance and Ledger scrutiny and pass various closing /adjustment accounting entries.
• Monthly Management reporting of PBT, Cash Flow, Booking Value, Collection and Net Cash Flow numbers of all the MMR projects
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Assist in developing the accounting procedures, systems and norms at the project sites and to ensure consolidation of accounts from sites
• Attending statutory auditors and internal auditors for all financial reporting and Internal Control compliances.
• Coordinate and prepare rolling Forecast and variance analysis
• Assist in Short range and Long range planning exercise
• Approval and reporting of related party transaction
• Analysis of MIS and Financial statement
