About the Role: AGM/ DGM - International Business

We are seeking an accomplished Sales & Marketing Professional to support our International marketing & Sales operations across Tubes, Solar MMS, Stamping, Metal Profile divisions. This strategic role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep industry experience and a passion for expanding global reach while strengthening domestic market presence.

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead sales and marketing efforts for the export market, focusing on Tubes, Solar MMS, Stamping & Metal Profile products
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies, build international client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global regions.
  • Strong experience with European customer in solar infrastructure industry.
  • Oversee domestic market operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and contract negotiations for both international and domestic clients
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (B. E or B.Tech) is mandatory
  • 15 to 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Steel Segment, industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Proven track record in managing export markets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
