- Business Development:Identify potential clients, build a prospect pipeline, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met and fostering repeat business.
- Sales & Negotiation:Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Market Analysis:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
- Operational Collaboration:Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance:Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Reporting:Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular updates to management on progress, and prepare sales forecasts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
