Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Lead located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing bespoke software sales activities within the assigned region. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication, Story Building and Customer Service skills
  • Graduation or Post Graduation in Business, Marketing or related field with Commendable performance
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management of softwares / bespoke software solutions
  • Ability to build, train and mentor sales teams effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the IT sector is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
