Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (Cosmetics), located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, liaising with clients, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
  • Understanding of cosmetics products and market trends, along with the ability to conduct efficient market research
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using sales software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
