About the Role

John Galt International (JGI) is a National Award-winning engineering group manufacturing process equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skids) and representing two world-class brands in India:

  • Zinga (Belgium): Cold galvanizing anti-corrosion coating for steel structures, tanks & bridges.
  • TorcUP (USA): Hydraulic torque wrenches & bolting tools used in refineries, power plants, and heavy industry.

We are looking for dynamic Sales / Business Development Engineers who can engage with EPCs, maintenance heads, consultants, and plant engineers — conducting site visits, demos, presentations, and technical discussions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet prospective and existing clients to demonstrate Zinga and TorcUP products and promote JGI's fabrication capabilities.
  • Conduct presentations, on-site trials, and product demos at industrial plants and project sites.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EPC companies, maintenance contractors, and project consultants.
  • Generate new enquiries through follow-ups, referrals, and limited cold outreach.
  • Coordinate with Sales Coordinator for offer preparation and documentation.
  • Track opportunities, pipeline status, and maintain CRM data.
  • Attend trade shows, vendor registrations, and technical meetings.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of technical sales experience in industrial / engineering products.
  • Strong understanding of plant maintenance, fabrication, or corrosion protection systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and confident in client interactions and technical discussions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).
  • Candidate must reside within 5–7 km of Khar West and be willing to travel locally and regionally.
