Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue goals. Responsibilities include market research, client engagement, lead generation, presenting solutions tailored to clients' needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management.
- Knowledge of Network Security Solutions and IT Infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills.
- Ability to perform Market Research and develop effective Sales Strategies.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while being a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the IT solutions industry is an advantage.
