Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to drive growth, build partnerships, and expand our student outreach. The ideal candidate is target-driven, passionate about sales, education, and career development, and eager to make an impact in the EdTech/Training industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, and training partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, students, and stakeholders.
  • Understand learners career goals and pitch relevant training solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Understanding of EdTech/Training industry (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales. (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.)
