Job Purpose

► Responsible for doing and achieving pre-determined sales and growth targets and also build

market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

► Business Acquisition and Business Development in line with Pragati's Strategy and focus area as

per set targets.

► Achieve a sustainable business pipeline for the company quarter-wise.

► Prepare Sales Forecasts for the industry segment

► New Customer Acquisition & Management.

► CRM activities to maintain relations with customer database and update the customer knowledge

in the system,

► Develop specific plans to ensure growth targets are met.

► Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and address these.

► Continuous up gradation of self to enhance potential and keep abreast of best of domestic and

global trends.

► Practise a strong code of ethics.

Education

► MBA with Marketing

Period of Experience Required: 5+ Years experience in

Nature of Experience Required:

► Knowledge of selling principles and practices in the services/training/consulting

areas

► Ability to provide solutions to client's needs and concerns

► Drive to do well for self and for the organization extremely critical.
