Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Vadodara. The BDM will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing growth strategies. The BDM will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop growth strategies
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
