We're looking for a
dynamic Business Development Associate
to be the first point of contact for our
international clients — traders, analysts, and researchers across the globe.

This role combines
client relationship management, business development, and market intelligence.
You'll support leadership in building long-term client partnerships, mapping business opportunities, and driving growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with international clients to understand their trading strategies & business needs
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with traders, quants, and fund managers
  • Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition initiatives
  • Prepare market and client reports for management decision-making
  • Coordinate client meetings and ensure smooth communication handovers
  • Track global market trends and provide insights to leadership
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement & problem-solving

Qualifications:

Freshers and early-career professionals with:

  • MBA (Finance) / BAF / BBA (Finance) / BMS (Finance) or related finance degree
  • Knowledge of financial markets & trading instruments
  • Strong communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel); CRM exposure is a plus
