Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic EdTech team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our online education products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Contact and convert potential leads into paying customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and video calls.
- Product Pitching: Clearly explain and promote course offerings, certifications, and career benefits to prospective learners.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (number of enrollments, revenue, etc.).
- CRM Management: Update and manage leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and customer needs in the education/training industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and academic teams to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or any related field
- 2–6years of experience in sales, business development, or customer support (preferably in EdTech or SaaS)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Zoom/Meet
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts or weekends, depending on business requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹43,845.86 per month
