Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager with a background in logistics and freight forwarding. The candidate will handle client communication, quotations, and sales coordination from our Kerala office to support our Dubai operations and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for air, sea, and land freight forwarding services.
  • Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM database.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Support the external sales team with lead generation, client presentations, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt communication.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports for management.
  • Stay updated on freight rates, logistics trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales / customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Malayalam required).
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of air, sea, and land freight processes is a must.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with freight forwarding software or CRM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of pricing structures and international trade terms (Incoterms).
  • Prior experience supporting a Dubai / GCC-based logistics company is a plus.
