Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in logistics or freight forwarding to join our growing team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will generate leads, manage client relationships, and coordinate with our Dubai office to support business growth.

Attractive salary + monthly incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads for freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Land).
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with pricing and operations teams for quotations and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate rates and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (logistics or freight forwarding preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
