Role & responsibilities

Proven experience in designing training content and delivery for different audience levels

Hands-on experience in managing training programs managing end to end delivery

Involvement in conducting Training Needs Identification & Analysis

Identification of relevant audience and pre-training groundwork, strong knowledge as well as hands-on experience in conducting post training effectiveness evaluation

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Range Relevant exp of atleast 8 to 10 years

Shift Timing – 12 to 9 pm

Will this role have people reporting directly? – IC role

  • Good theoretical understanding of Learning theory adult learning styles, training framworks like ADDIE, Gagne's model , Blooms Taxonomy and Kirkpatrick evaluation model
  • Good stakeholder management experience
  • Exposure to learning tools like Articulate 360, Captivate desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Relevant certifications in L&OD highly preferred.
