We Are Hiring Payroll Executive In Mumbai.

Job Title: Payroll Executive

Location: [Mumbai]
Department: Human Resources / Finance
Reports To: Payroll Manager / HR Manager

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees

  • Ensure accurate salary computation, deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses

  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity

  • Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other tax filings

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and reports

  • Address employee queries related to salary, taxes, and deductions

  • Reconcile payroll data and generate monthly payroll reports

  • Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations

  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll

  • Generate Form 16 and other annual payroll documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing

  • Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Zoho Payroll, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of payroll and labor laws

  • Excellent MS Excel skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
