Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Products to lead our product strategy and drive innovation in aviation technology. This senior leadership role will define and execute our product vision, managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to market success while ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of airlines and airports globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and market opportunities in the aviation sector. Define product roadmap spanning 1-3 years with clear prioritization frameworks and success metrics.

Product Management
: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, development, launch, and optimization. Lead product portfolio decisions, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies to maximize customer value and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional products. Work closely with C-suite on strategic initiatives and company direction.

Customer & Market Insight
: Maintain deep understanding of airline and airport operations, pain points, and industry trends. Drive customer discovery, feedback loops, and market research to inform product decisions. Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

Team Development
: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and data-driven decision making.

Innovation & Differentiation
: Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to maintain competitive advantage. Champion innovation while balancing technical feasibility, business viability, and customer desirability.

Required Qualifications

· 12+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles

· Proven track record building and scaling B2B enterprise software products, preferably in aviation, travel, transportation, or complex regulated industries

· Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies

· Strong business acumen with experience driving revenue growth and customer retention

· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

· Experience managing and developing product teams of 5+ people.

Preferred Qualifications

· Direct experience with airline or airport operations, systems, or technology

· Knowledge of aviation industry standards, regulations, and operational challenges

· Technical background with ability to engage deeply with engineering teams

· Track record of successful product launches in international markets

· Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, and modern software architectures
