About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Marketing & Communication to lead the branding and marketing initiatives for our TMT Bars division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, developing marketing strategies, and strengthening the company's market presence across industrial and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for brand building and sales promotion.
  2. Build and manage a strong brand identity aligned with the company's quality and innovation standards.
  3. Evolve the right communication objectives/briefs that would deliver the desired competitive brand profile
  4. Arrive at and manage marketing / communication budgets competitively.
  5. Recruit and manage external agencies for advertising, media, digital campaigns and suppliers for communication.
  6. Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  7. Collaborate with sales and corporate teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
  8. Work closely with sales and senior management to decide on dealership, project sales and pricing strategies

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in brand management and marketing, ideally within construction materials industry. But for the right candidate with marketing / communication experience, relevant industry experience is not a deterrent.
  • Degree in Engineering / MBA from reputed college.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C brand-building strategies.
  • Excellent creative thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of communication strategy including digital marketing.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Language proficiency – English with good working knowledge of Tamil.
