Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished
Associate Vice President – Marketing
to lead the global strategy for our
Wealth, Capital Markets, and GRC portfolios
and report into the CMO. This role demands both strategic vision and execution excellence, with responsibilities spanning brand narrative, thought leadership, analyst and partner relations, and high-impact campaigns for CXO-level audiences.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
AI, Fintech, and B2B SaaS marketing
, with proven success in brand building, events, analyst engagement, and integrated campaign management. The role also requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders, deliver measurable business outcomes, and lead a team of marketers while working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global marketing strategies across Wealth, Capital Markets, and GRC.
  • Strengthen brand visibility through analyst relations, awards, and thought leadership.
  • Lead integrated campaigns (ABM, content, digital, and events) to drive pipeline growth.
  • Conceptualize and execute flagship events, CXO engagements, and webinars.
  • Build and manage ecosystem and partner-led marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead the marketing team while ensuring close alignment with sales and product leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in AI, Fintech, or BFSI.
  • Proven expertise in Wealth, Capital Markets, or GRC/RegTech marketing.
  • Strong track record in brand building, analyst relations, integrated campaigns, and events.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing and scaling marketing teams.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
