Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President position, based in Chennai. The Vice President will be responsible for leading business operations, creating and implementing strategic plans, driving organizational growth, and overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. The Vice President will collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain the company's competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, including team management and strategic planning
  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Software, CRM, ERP, and Document Management Systems
  • Experience in driving business development, building client relationships, and achieving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated project management and operations management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of technology trends, compliance standards, and IT consulting best practices
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the technology or software industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis, data warehousing, and enterprise software deployment
  • Experience working with global teams and clients across multiple industries preferred
