  • We are seeking a dynamic senior technical product manager and leader to guide and craft product direction both for Altir products as well as those of our customers. You will be responsible for leading an internal (and at times external) Product group consisting of multiple Product Managers and ultimately be responsible for customer product outcomes across the Altir portfolio.
  • The role will require you to engage with internal and customer stakeholders to own and drive the user journey, product priorities and roadmap.
  • You will work closely with our team of designers, TPMs, and engineers to ensure that the product specifications are scoped and defined to empower the product outcome efficiently and effectively through scope, design and build.
  • As well, you will be responsible for evaluating the end-to-end business implications of the product strategy, how those results are measured and the determination of success.

Job Description

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with min 3 year of experience in Product Management or similar role
  • Experience working directly with technology teams and business stakeholders as a product manager and leader
  • A great people leader with experience building, leading, and managing Product teams
  • Hands-on experience building production quality software in an agile environment
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience working with geographically dispersed teams
