We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead innovation across our identity services, including mobile, frontend, and backend integrations. If you're passionate about shaping the future of secure digital access, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for ImproveID's identity and authentication solutions.
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, and security requirements into clear product features and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO, engineering, and UX teams to design and deliver scalable, user-friendly IAM features.
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices such as NIST SP 800-63, ICAO, FIDO2, and PKI.
  • Drive product initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews in an Agile/Scrum environment.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Presentable, good communication, ability to travel in and out of the state/country.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or identity-focused products.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, SSO, and security technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum environments and working with FaaS or microservices-based architectures.
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), identity governance, or privileged access management (PAM).
  • Hands-on knowledge of identity protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect.
  • Experience working with government identity programs or regulated sectors.
