We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient
Product Manager
with strong experience in the
insurance domain
to drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative insurance products and technology solutions.

Position Overview:

The
Product Manager – Insurance Domain
will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing product lifecycle activities, and ensuring that business and technical goals are aligned. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance processes, strong analytical skills, and the technical expertise to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to build high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the
  product roadmap
  in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed
  functional and technical specifications
  .
• Collaborate closely with
  development, QA, design, and business teams
  to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and ROI.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management — from concept, development, testing, and release to post-launch optimization.
• Ensure compliance with
  insurance industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and Insurance requirements
  .
• Act as a bridge between
  business stakeholders and technical teams
  , ensuring clarity and alignment on deliverables.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success after release.
• Conduct product training sessions and support sales and implementation teams when required.

Required Qualifications and Technicals Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of total experience
  , including
  at least 3 years in product management
  within the
  insurance domain
  .
• Strong
  technical background
  with understanding of software architecture, APIs, and SDLC processes.
• In-depth knowledge of
  insurance products, operations, and workflows
  (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in using
  product management and project tracking tools
  (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, CI/CD, VTFS ).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Databases : Oracle 9i, 12C and SQL Server 2012,2016 Development/Productivity Tools : Visual Studio.NET E-Com Frameworks/Web Technologies : SharePoint 2010,ASP.NET, Functional Areas : Development, Enhancement, Maintenance, Support Programming Languages : C#.Net, ASP.NET, ASP.NET-MVC 4.0 & ASP.NET - MVC 5.0, VB.NET, WCF – Web services, TFS,SGV, BizTalk, Jquery,HTML5,Azure Software Engineering Methodologies/Tools/Technologies : .NET Framework 2.0,3.5,4.0 Verticals : Insurance Health, General and Pharma Incident Management & Support Tools :Service Now and Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.
• PMP, CSPO, Six Sigma, or Agile certification
  is an added advantage.
• Experience in
  digital transformation
  ,
  policy administration systems
  , or
  insurance analytics platforms
  .
• Knowledge of
  emerging insurance technologies
  such as AI/ML, automation, or cloud-based solutions.
