About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and success of multiple product areas. This role requires advanced problem-solving, independent ownership of product rollouts, and leadership in mentoring junior PMs. You will be directly accountable for product performance, making data-driven decisions, leading technical discussions, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex/multiple products or product areas end-to-end, ensuring business impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
  • Solve complex problems with structured thinking and creative solutions.
  • Lead product rollouts independently, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior PMs, providing feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to balance priorities and trade-offs.
  • Drive data-informed decisions using advanced product analytics and research methodologies.
  • Lead technical discussions and evaluate trade-offs between scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Advocate for exceptional user experience through collaboration with UX/UI teams.
  • Represent product priorities effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of the technology stack and ability to lead technical discussions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Superset, or equivalent).
  • Advanced understanding of user experience design and research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Superset) and/or design tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior PMs.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.

  • Innovation Leadership: A strong capability for thinking creatively and leading the development of ground-breaking solutions within the real estate sector.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and integrate new technologies or strategies as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and an MBA is advantageous, particularly with a focus on product management, marketing, or strategy.
