Salesforce/ Certinia (Financial Force) Admin

What youll achieve

As an IT Principal Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships.

You will:

• Optimize and administer the Certinia (FinancialForce) application and troubleshoot issues
• Work with Financial Operations team and IT to determine business requirements and implement changes in Certinia or Salesforce platform
• Keep up to date with all the upgraded features, provide recommendations and conduct training sessions for the enhanced features
• Work with cross functional teams to provide efficient end-to-end solutions to technical problems on the Salesforce platform
• Create reports, dashboards, flows, validation rule, automation to customize the Financial Force objects
• Create design specifications and provide technical architecture to support any new and enhanced financial business processes
• Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Assist in training, work assignment and mentoring of less experienced developers
• Be a domain specialist in one or more technical programming specialties

Essential Requirements

• 5 years experience with Salesforce software/platform as an administrator
• Experience implementing at least 1 full Certinia (Financial Force) application
• Minimum 2-year experience with VisualForce and Apex
• Maintain and manage Certinia (Financial Force) application
• Implement flows, validation rules, automation to customize the financial force objects
• Create reports, dashboards to provide insights to business stakeholders
• Detailed understanding of key business processes like quote to cash process, PSA operations etc.
• Conduct training and advise on the best practices related to Certinia business process operations
• Proven experience in software development methodologies
• Cross-functional collaboration to provide E2E technical solutions

Desirable Requirements

• 8 years of validated experience
• Bachelors degree in computing engineering or computer science
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
