Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience: 5+yrs

Notice period: Only 15-30days

Location: Remote

Requirements:

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience in a consultative role as an employee or technology consultant required.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ required.
  • 3+ years of other configure-to-quote and quote-to-order solutions on the Salesforce platform such as and Services CPQ preferred.
  • Experience with Flosum, Prodly, OmniStudio, Tackle, Salesforce Enablement, Salesforce Partner Community, Spiff, or other installed packages and connected apps a plus.
  • Expertise in declarative platform features, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL required.
  • Excellent discernment of the right automation solution for the situation and when to use customization over configuration.
  • Maintained Salesforce certification(s); Salesforce Administrator and advanced certifications or relevant years of experience required.
  • Pattern of continued learning or certification achievement to stay current on the latest Salesforce platform features and functionality.
  • Success in working with functional business leaders in Go-to-Market (GTM) / Sales in mid to large organization(s) in the software, technology, or similar industry.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into concise and complete technical designs.
  • History of implementing quality solutions on time while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers or training less technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated career progression in technical roles.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) application
  • Experience supporting CPQ or Services CPQ
  • Additional Salesforce certifications
