We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive professional to join our team as a Pre Sales Consultant -Contact Centre Solution . The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our cutting-edge contact centre and customer engagement solutions to potential clients across various industries. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of contact centre operations, and the ability to translate technology into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting solution capabilities and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales and presales teams to prepare customized demos and proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand customer pain points and position the right solution components.
  • Support marketing and sales events (webinars, exhibitions, roadshows) by representing the company's solutions.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve demo content and product positioning.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape in the contact centre domain.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in a contact centre environment, ideally as a Supervisor, Manager, or Team Leader.
  • Prior exposure to solution selling, presales, or training roles is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM and contact centre technologies (Omnichannel, IVR, ACD, Dialer, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in genesys,avaya,enghouse preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹170,000.00 per month
