Role Description

We're looking for a passionate Growth & Partnerships Lead to onboard hospitals, schools, and CSR partners into the WombTo18 network. You'll be the front face of our growth story — pitching our impact, managing MoUs, and driving measurable adoption.

Key Responsibilities


• Drive new partnerships with hospitals, schools, and government bodies.


• Create outreach pipelines and manage CRM for leads and conversions.


• Represent WombTo18 in local health & education events.


• Coordinate onboarding and support with internal teams.


• Track performance metrics (leads → onboarding → activation).

Ideal Candidate


• 2–4 years' experience in B2B partnerships / CSR / EdTech / HealthTech.


• Excellent communication & presentation skills.


• A self-starter who loves meeting new people and building networks.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced social startup.
