About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Pre-Sales Executive
who will understand client needs, effectively present software features, and support our existing customers throughout their product journey. The role involves product demonstrations, requirement gathering, client communication, and renewal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Requirement Understanding

  • Interact with potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Identify appropriate product solutions and map customer requirements to software features.
  • Assist the sales team with requirement analysis and documentation when needed.

2. Product Demonstration & Feature Explanation

  • Conduct detailed product demos for new prospects and existing clients.
  • Clearly explain the advanced features, benefits, and use cases of the software.
  • Support clients in understanding how the product can improve their business operations.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong communication with existing customers.
  • Address queries, provide clarifications, and ensure positive customer experience.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, usage, and feature adoption.

4. Renewal & Retention

  • Handle the complete renewal process for subscriptions/software license.
  • Follow up with clients for timely renewals and maintain proper records.
  • Work closely with the support and sales teams to ensure smooth retention.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer feedback, feature requests, and issue resolution.
  • Share customer insights with the sales and product team to improve software offerings.
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, IT preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Software Sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand software products and explain features effectively.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working from office in Balewadi, Pune.
