Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Branch Manager for our Jamnagar location. The role demands full-time dedication and encompasses the strategic management and operational responsibility of the clinic branch. The ideal candidate will have a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, meeting financial targets, and driving growth through effective leadership. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed branch revenue targets, fostering organic growth and market presence.
  • Manage financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasting, and financial reports to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain ISO standards across branch operations.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience at the clinic.
  • Oversee risk management strategies, mitigating potential threats to the branch and ensuring operational stability.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement by motivating the team and encouraging professional development.
