Job Description – Dermatologist Doctor

Position: Dermatologist / Skin Specialist

Location: jamangar

Reports to: Senior Medical Director / Clinic Head

Role Overview

The Dermatologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail disorders. The doctor will also perform cosmetic dermatology procedures, provide treatment plans, ensure patient satisfaction, and maintain high medical standards as per clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Conduct laser procedures, acne care, pigmentation treatment, scar management, etc.
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures such as:
• Chemical peels
• Botox / Fillers
• PRP therapy
• Laser hair removal
• Skin rejuvenation treatments
• Review patient medical history and create personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor ongoing treatments and modify protocols as needed.
• Manage post-procedure care and ensure patient safety.
• Handle emergencies and adverse reactions professionally.

Patient Interaction

• Conduct detailed consultations and skin analysis.
• Explain treatment procedures, risks, and outcomes clearly.
• Provide follow-up care and patient counseling.
• Maintain strong communication and trust with patients.

Documentation & Quality Control

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR / medical records.
• Follow clinic policies, protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure use of US-FDA approved technologies (as per clinic guidelines).

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with therapists, counselors, reception staff, and clinic managers.
• Participate in training sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Guide junior doctors and support staff when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS + MD / DNB (Dermatology) required.
• Valid medical registration/license.
• Experience in clinical and cosmetic dermatology (1–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of laser technologies and skin-care procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and committed to high medical standards.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position at one of the clinic branches.
• Rotational shifts (if required).
• Attractive salary + incentives based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
