Position Overview:

The Sports Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating sports programs and activities for students of the institute and Campus. This includes organizing and leading practices, games, and events, as well as promoting and recruiting participation in sports programs. The Sports Manager will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and schedules, and working closely with other staff

and students to ensure that all activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and lead practices, games, and events for students

2. Promote and recruit participation in sports programs

3. Maintain equipment, facilities, and schedules

4. Work closely with other staff and students to ensure that all activities run smoothly

5. Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations

6. Coordinate with other departments and organizations to plan and execute events

7. Provide guidance and mentorship to student athletes

8. Maintaining records of budget, finances and equipment inventory

9. Ensure health and safety of participants during all sports activities

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management or Any related field

2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sports management or coaching

3. Strong organizational and leadership skills

4. Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Strong knowledge of sports rules and regulations

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends

9. Knowledge of budget management and record keeping

The Sports Manager will be required to work on weekends and evenings as needed to

support sports events. This is a full-time position.
