Now, we're building SCC Fan Arena – a vibrant platform for live sports screenings across India, blending the thrill of the game with the energy of community.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Manager – Sports to lead the growth of SCC Fan Arena. The role involves building a nationwide network of venues, curating screenings of iconic sporting events (cricket, football, F1, and beyond), and creating a buzzing sports culture through brand partnerships, fan clubs, and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard venue partners across India for sports screenings.
  • Curate and manage screenings for key sporting events throughout the year.
  • Partner with brands to enhance experiences through activations, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Build strong relationships with fan clubs, sports communities, and influencers to drive engagement.
  • Develop marketing initiatives and campaigns to grow awareness and attendance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution and audience experience.
  • Track performance of screenings and optimize for scale and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or events (sports-related experience preferred).
  • Strong network within sports, event, or F&B industries is a plus.
  • Passion for live sports (cricket, football, F1, and more).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and scale initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel across India for on-ground activations.
