Job Description: Sports Officer

This role involves overseeing the organization of sports activities, managing facilities, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote physical activity and sport participation among students.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of coaches and staff to support sports programs.
  • Ensure venues and facilities meet safety standards and are suitable for sports activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports on sports-related activities and events.
  • Evaluate the performance of coaches and staff, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in sports management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sports programs.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
